
Robert F Lyons
Robert F. Lyons was born in Albany, NY and began his acclaimed acting career training in gritty New York City. Lyons perfected his craft while appearing in dozens of plays, from Broadway to Los Angeles, with Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway stops in between. Lyons most notably starred in Sam Sheppard first New York play, Cowboys.
Lyons extensive television career began in the mid-1960's and included roles in such hits as Bonanza, Gunsmoke, Perry Mason, The Monkees, The Flying Nun, and FBI Untold Stories. Lyons TV movie of the week credits include roles in The Rookies, Waikiki, The Ghost of Flight 401, Darknight of the Scarecrow, as well as many others. Most recently, Lyons co-starred in Hallmark's Love's Enduring Promise and Annie's Point.
Lyons is also an accomplished film actor having starred in numerous films such as Pendulum, Getting Straight, Shoot Out, The Todd Killings, Dealing, Cease Fire, and Platoon Leader.
Lyons' current film projects include notable roles in the soon-to-be released Taking Charge and Pray for Morning.
Lyons currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
